3.) How to buy online ?

- First, you have to login to www.meesim.com , and register yourself in our online shop. After you filled in all your information correctly, you will received an email for verfication purpose.

4.) How do we deliver you goods either Garments or Non Woven Bags ?

We usually sent it by courier and normal transport.

5.) How it will takes for delivery ?

Answer : Usually it will takes 2 to 3 Business Days from the day we load out from our warehouse for Courier Deliery

Whilst, normal transport will takes up to 4 - 7 Business Days from the day we load out from our warehouse.

6.) Is the delivery time difference based on location ?

Answer : No, For courier deliery except off Peninsular Malaysia. Yes, for normal transport.

7.) Is there any express delivery service for Ipoh , and Klang Valley Customer ?

Yes, this is limited to our delivery schedules. Generally we have 3 service and delivery a week. Please call to find out our schedule of the week.

8.) Do we sent samples for viewing purpose ?

Yes, clothes and non woven fabric will be giving out for free, But customer need to bore the courier charges.

9.) Do we loan samples for viewing purpose ?

Yes, all samples such as t-shirt, shirt, cap, trouser, labcoat, non woven bags and etc will be sent out by courier. customer need to bore the courier fees and required to deposit money for samples. Amount of deposit are subjected to type of products and quantity.

10. )If received fault products, Can I request for refund or return goods ?

Yes, we will replace defected products with good. All replacement must be returned within 7 days and must report to us within 3 days you received our products. Secondly, Please fill the Goods Return Form and fax to 05-5277109 for further instruction.

-Please make sure all the label and packaging in properly accordance as original whren return the goods

-Man make defect will not be entertain such as : alternatertion, after wash, additional workon, wear and tear after used

-First time return transportation fee will be bore by MEESIM ( subjected to higher claim RM 15.00  Please kindly pay in advance for courier fee and will be reimburse to you soon.

-Lost of invoice will not eligible for return service.
