Frequently Asked Quetions

1.) Do you provide custom-made t-shirts or non-woven bags?

YES, we do provide custom-made and ready made items, we have a wide selection of colours and designs for you to choose from.


2.) Would you design the artwork for us?

YES. You are required to send your artwork or corporate identity to us. To allow us provide designing service, we are more than happy to guide and to consult you on how to position your logo and its’ size(s), If you requst to design first before the order confirmed; a design fees will be charge at RM 150.00 each design with 3 times amendments. ; Deigning Fees will be waived if your are order with us for the advanced design fees that you have paid we will deduct it in your order.


3.) Do you have a sales person to bring the sample to us?

We have limited sales people at the moment but we are more than happy to arrange a meeting with you. We do mail or courier samples for your perusal but transportation cost need to pay by requestors.


4.) I want to order MEESIM’s products but I know nothing about the fabrics, materials, quality or what is best for me. What               should I do?

It is best if you could drop by at our office and we will explain what is best for you. Alternately, we can arrange a nearest distributors to contact you.

5.) Some of your products cost more expensive than others. Why?

Many people come to us with a budget. They often want the cheapest but are unaware about the quality. In order to stand out in such a competitive market, we believe that our prices are reasonable with the quality we provide.


6.) Is there a minimum order for us?

We don’t have a minimum order for ready made items but we would advise you to order a minimum of 50 pieces and above for garments or 1000pcs and above for non woven products to enjoy our special deal for bulk order.


7.) How long does it take for my order to be done?

It won’t be long as all the products are ready made. If you require printing or embroidery services, it will take approximately one to two weeks for order less than 500 pieces.

For customized products please allow us to have 3-4 weeks for garment products, Non woven products 4-6 weeks.

If you have tight and specified date for delivery, please inform us before you place order.


8.) I am interested in buying MEE SIM’s products but I live in another state. What should I do?

You are welcome to call or email us your enquiry together with your artwork. Once everything is confirmed, we will collect 50% of your total bill as deposit. You will be informed when your order is done and ready to be delivered. Our T&C states that it is cash-on-delivery. Therefore, we will collect the remaining payment from you before delivery. Note: Delivery charges is not included. view our delivery rate


9.) Are all MEE SIM’s products ready in stock?

No. However, we advise you to double check with us if we have enough in quantity for your order. This is because our products go in and out every day. 

10.) I have received MEE SIM’s products which are faulty such as stains, rips, wrong colour, wrong placing etc. How?

If any of these happens, please return the faulty item back to us and we will replace it with a brand new item within 3 days from goods arrival date.

11.) Do i need to wash for the first time wear ?

Yes, you are advisable to wash it before wear, Wash separately for the first time, and soak with salt water.

12.) How do i choose the right size and length ?

Please refer to our size chart, each catorgory of product has different cutting. view our size chart

13.) How do i choose the right color?

Please refer to our color chart. Physical color may slightly variance from what is appeared in your screen.(Color differential not more than 20%). view our color chart

14.) How do I personalise the items?

You can either select from our range of standard lettering for embroidery and badges, or provide us with artwork of your existing brand or logo to truly personalise garments with any of our four ways to promote your brand. 15.) How do I order large quantities?

You can enter any amount of items in the quantity text box which is next to the product price. The system will then check the required quantity against the available stock and advise the stock status on the shopping basket page.

16.) How do I know the item I want is in stock?

All items display the real time stock status on the shopping basket page and the checkout page. If the item is out of stock you can simply click back to amend the quantity or view an alternative item.

17.) How do I use my shopping basket?

Your shopping basket can be viewed at anytime by clicking on the shopping basket icon on the top right hand side of the page. This basket will show the number of items in your basket and the total of how much your items cost including delivery charges.

At any stage in the shopping process you can access your basket to delete items or to change the quantity ordered.

When you are happy with what is in shopping basket and want to pay for your items, click on Checkout.

18.) When do I have to login?

You don't have to login until you are ready to process your order. Alternatively, if you would prefer to login prior to adding items to your basket you can click on the login link on the home page to register your details.

If you have forgotten your contact name/password please contact or call or sms 016-9212382.

If you are an existing customer and have previously shopped with Simon Jersey on the internet please login using the following:

  • Email address = the email address you set up for your online account.
  • Password = the online account password that you created.

Once you have completed your details these will be cross-referenced with our database. If they are correct you will then be able to proceed with your order, if they are incorrect please contact or call or sms 016-9212382.

If you are an existing customer but have never shopped on the MEESIM website before, Please register yourself E-Store and call or email to inform us so we will link your account with online account.

You will be able to proceed with your order online immediately. On receipt of your order the details will be cross-referenced with the records held on our database. If your details are incorrect customer services will contact you. If you have queries please contact or call or sms 016-9212382.

For future online orders you will be registered as an internet customer and your login will be email address and password, please make a note of these details.

19.) Selecting the right account?

Some customers operate more than one account. You will need to login each time you wish to order for a different account.

20.) What is checkout?

The online checkout is where you can submit your order. If you haven't already logged in, you will be asked to log in with your email address and password. Existing internet customers will then go into the secure log in to complete payment details.
